Subcommittees: Career Exploration
Purpose:Engage business non/for profit in county-wide comprehensive career exploration through a multiple array of activities that offer unique opportunities for communication between youth and providers. (Career Day, Resource Guide, MASH/HELP Camp)
Subcommittee: Communication
Purpose:Increase awareness of current activities through networking, reducing duplication of efforts and building the capacity of identified model programs. (Surveys, media, newsletters, website, bulletin board)
Subcommittee: Connections
Purpose: Build on existing relationships between business and schools to foster career exploration. (Connection to community, adopt a school, junior achievement, entrepreneurship, link to existing organizations-Committee 44)
Subcommittee: Self-Sustainment
Purpose: Identify funding opportunities through grant awards infrastructure. (Grant funding, membership)
